Nikki Hambling

Nikki has been working in the Leisure Industry for over 25 years. She worked in London for 7 years before moving to East Anglia and having gained her Modern Pilates qualification has specialised in teaching Pilates and providing Massage.

• Pre and post natal Pilates
• R.S.A. Exercise to Music / Y.M.C.A level 2 Aerobic Instructor.
• Modern Pilates and Back care
• VTCT level 3 Swedish massage

• London School of Massage Diploma in Sport and remedial massage,level 5
• ASA Swimming Teaching Level 2
• First Aid at Work

Carol Humphrys

Carol Humphrys is based in Hertfordshire and offers Holistic Massage, Hot stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki. She can provide this at your home or at the salon at:
